The Fight for Our Future

The weight of this bargain is not lost on me or anyone here. Our members are our priority. 

There is a big lift that the company needs to step up to, and we are pushing and pushing them every day to accomplish this. 

This is a different bargain than any we or the Company have gone through before because it has been so long and what is at stake. 

We are reminding the company of the importance of this opportunity and that something different needs to happen, now. 

We need a commitment to the new airplane program. 

We need significant increases in wages and the wage system. 

We need improved retirement security. 

We need improved work-life balance. 

We need solid healthcare at a lower cost. 

This is the time for improvements and commitments for our future. 

This is the time for change and the movement our members deserve.
