Dear IAM W24 Members,

As we approach one year since the last payments were made to the IAM W24 Strike Debit Cards, we want to remind you that if a card goes unused for 12 months, the bank will begin charging a $2.00 monthly fee only if there are still funds remaining on the card.

To clarify, this $2.00 fee applies only after 12 consecutive months of no activity on the card. Even a small purchase or transaction will reset the activity period and prevent the fee. You are not required to spend all the funds to avoid the inactivity charge. Simply using the card once within 12 months will keep it active.

The best way to avoid this fee is to use any remaining balance before the 12-month mark. If your card balance is zero, no fees will be charged.

Please hold on to your card and keep it in a safe place, as it could be used for other Union pay reimbursements in the future.
