Me personally, I absolutely hate it when the company uses the term, “best final offer”, I want ever brother and sister to know the best final offer is the one WE choose, not what the company says is the best offer. WE decide what is best when WE accept the company offer. This is OUR decision, not the company’s. Honestly,it is not what the company can give us for our labor and skills, but the company needs to overhaul their grotesquely incompetent management system.
