Do you kinda feel this way??
Me personally, I absolutely hate it when the company uses the term, “best final offer”, I want ever brother and sister to know the best final offer is the one WE choose, not what the company says is the best offer. WE decide what is best when WE accept the company offer. This is OUR decision, not the company’s. Honestly,it is not what the company can give us for our labor and skills, but the company needs to overhaul their grotesquely incompetent management system. WE know how to do our jobs quite well, but management just creates barriers to US being able to do what is right. The company needs overhauled because no matter how great the contract it will…
